What do you use your system for? What is your total budget for cpu/board/ram?

Nobody could possibly answer that question until you answer this one.....which cpu are you going to choose? LOL

That's like saying should I get a twin mattress, a full mattress or a California king mattress.......well it depends on how many people are sleeping in the bed.

You cannot use ANY cpu on ANY board. You have to decide what cpu you want and then buy a board that it fits in. One of the boards you listed doesn't even use a cpu, it uses an APU, so clearly your confused.

Unless you're going to overclock, there's practically no performance difference. You need a AM3 or AM3+ mobo

I would actually go for an M5A97 Evo for $120. It's AM3+ so you can upgrade to a better CPU like Piledriver when it comes out.

A decent AM3+ board is all you need. It offers some upgrade ability down the road where a AM3 board won't be upgrade able down the road.
