Difference between brands of GTX 460?

I was just wondering the difference between the different brands of GTX 460, such as MSI, Amaze, etc.

1st is the cheapest GTX 460 on the site, the 2nd is the most expensive 1gb GTX 460, and the 3rd is the only 2gb GTX 460 on the site. What is the difference between them and other brands of GTX 460? How can people justify spending the extra money?
