Changing colors of windows 7 classic themes

So i wanted to know if it was possible to change the color of the task bar, window, text color, and the inside color of each window?
I want Green text with black background with "classic theme" Kind of like some of the default "high contrast themes"
Is this possible? (i'm up for hacking)

Windows 7 with the classic theme is damn ugly, full stop. Why do you want to use it that way?
If you are very determined though, go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization\Window Color and Appearance, then choose Advanced Appearance Settings. This will bring up the old Windows Classic font and window menu.
