How do I block (WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER) from user 2?

Welcome, Newcomer. Right click on the WMP icon. Select "Properties". Click on the "Security" tab. From here, click on the user you'd like to restrict, and then select "Read & Execute" from the list in the lower box. Then click "Deny". Click "Apply" to save the settings.
