First Time Gaming Build..... ADVICE PLEASE

i will be building a new gaming pc near the end of December.. it is my first time building so i figured i could use some advice on picking parts...

700$ Budget.. however i already have a Case ( ANTEC 600 ) and a Power Supply ( CoolerMaster GX650 )

Needed parts are - ( Motherboard, CPU, Video Card, Memory, Hard Drive, Optical Drive, OS, )
