Current specs: AMD Athlon II x4 640 3.0ghz (oc'd to 3.4ghz). 6gb DDR3 1333 RAM. 550w psu. radeon hd 4650 pci-e card.
Want to play first person shooter games like COD MW2 or BF BC2 or any other newer action/racing games out right now.
I prefer to use ATI cards. Doesn't matter if it's xfx or sapphire etc.
Want to use stock cooling. Probably won't overclock and will not use sli or crossfire.
Current monitor resolution I'm using is 1920x1080.
Would like for the card to have a hdmi port without using an adapter.
Basically I would like to play games with great performance at high settings but i don't mind if I can't max out every little video option. (AA, etc).
All these card specs are confusing me. Can't figure out which card is right for my needs. Don't want a low performing card. But I don't need the best performing one either. My budget is $200 with a little extra to spare for taxes/shipping.
