Asrock Fatality P67 Performance: Does it support Ivy Bridge?

The first question, does it support Ivy Bridge? Will I be able to use PCI-e 3.0 cards on this mobo? How good's the overclocking on it? How far did you get on it (if you have it). Thanks. I was looking at the MSI Z68A-G43 G3 but it seems that it's not the best overclocker.
