ATI Radeon HD 5450 or Nvidia GeForce GT 320?

I was just wondering which graphics card will perform better for games. The ATI is 512MB, and the GeForce GT 320 is 1GB. Thanks.

Both are mid-low cards so don't expect a great gaming performance from either, however GT 320 is slightly faster
