Is this the right decision??

Decided to switch from my Asus Crosshair IV/Phenom II x6 1100t setup to an Intel i5 2500k. Having difficulty finding the right motherboard, as I'm not too savy when it comes to this field. Looking at this one:

Based on 20+ years of building high end PCs and using all the popular mobo brands I recommend Gigabyte mobos for performance and reliability. Asrock would not be near the top of my preferred list.

Ok. Which board in particular would you recommend?

I've got two 6970s and my budget is below $200. I'd like to be able to upgrade to Ivy Bridge when it comes out.
