What exactly is Advanced Clock Calibration? I've heard about it, but never really knew what it actually does. When I try to use it, my PC won't even POST. Thanks in advance for your input!

ACC was used to help the first generation phenoms OC better, it really shouldnt even be on modern motherboards, the only reason it still exists on some is it allows you to unlock cores on some Athlon II and Phenom II CPUs, but if its causing you not to POST then leave it off.

ACC is more utilized as a tool to unlock a "dead" core on AM3's X2 & X3. You shouldn't need it on an X4

Yeah, AMD's Propus CPU's are natively quad-core, right? I just was wondering what it was there for.

Can't it also unlock L3 cache on the early Athlon II's that were the Deneb die?
