Computer has power, no lights or display?

The computer has power...the fans come on and the mobo power light is on. The light on the front of the computer shows no signs of life. Usually when I turn the computer on, the computer kinda revs up like a car when you start it, a bit loud and then it quiets down. The computer won't quiet down... and won't doesn't display anything. I would say graphics but graphics wouldn't cause the light on the front not to come on...I've tried moving the stick of ram, popping the mobo battery out for a few secs, checking for loose cords, nothing.

I really only use the computer for storage...but it'd be nice to have it back. It was last used about 2 days ago..

did you listen any beep from mobo?
If yes, then attach ram one by one and start computer again and again.
