3dmark low cpu score on new i7 build

Hey guys.
Just got my new system and ran 3dmark basic.
Looks like my cpu score is low based on what I've seen from others.

3DMark score: 19094
SM2.0 Score: 7147
HDR/SM3.0 Score: 9565
CPU Score: 5136

Any ideas on what if anything I can do?

I just downloaded 3d mark vantage trial and here is what I got with the settings at performance...

3DMark Score 17983.82 3DMarks
Graphics Score 14846.29
CPU Score 49136.5
Jane Nash 45.9 FPS
New Calico 40.99 FPS
AI Test 2524.43 operations/s
Physics Test 172.47 operations/s

So it seems that our results are pretty much the same.
This is normal then?

I guess my system doesn't like 3dmark06 or something?
