Alright, so im getting continuous long beeps which according to my manual signify graphics card not inserted properly. Now i

double checked it and tried both PCI-E slots and still getting the long continuous beeps, the card is a XFX 5850 btw, i also tried

using a Sapphire 3850 and got the same issue in both slots, is there anything else this could be or a way to find out if the mobo

is screwed?

If your two cards work on a different mobo, you can safely assume the mobo is bad. For shits and giggles, you could try clearing CMOS and try again; maybe even replace the CMOS battery.

Check your memory. Make sure they are seated properly. Is this a new build? Something that was working and is now not? Was working until you got a new card? Any other hardware changes?

it was the memory, i had them in the blue 3 and 4 slots, when it should of been white 1 and 2, thanks!
