I'm trying to find a different PSU since going with the 560 ti, but i'm worried that I might get the wrong one.

What is a good PSU for the following:
GTX 560 Ti superclocked: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130610

i7-950 Bloomfield 3.06GHz: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115211

SATA DVD-ROM Drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106276

SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148395

I'm looking for something with 700-750 to possibly add another card later, but the 12v rails confuse me. 560 ti needs 30 amps minimum on the 12v and i'm not sure how many 12v rails I need. >.>

Any guidance would be appreciated.

well it depends of ur budget, theres good power supplys that deliver more than 30a on a single 12v rail, so it all depends on what u prefer or ur needs, and some power supplies have dual-rails and quad-rails, overall u want a power supply that delivers stable energy, heres a good one with could suit ur needs ;)
