Friends computer keeps crashing....

I have a friend who has a Acer aspire x3400 and i noticed it only has a 200 watt power supply and i think it's not enough power that it's causing the computer to crash. Does anyone think that could be it? He also formatted the machine with "Nothing" installed besides Windows 7.

Power supply Master

1) If friend has not installed any extra hardware, the supplied psu should be able to do the job.
If it can't, the pc is possibly defective and should be returned.
Or, is it possible that dust has been building up inside, increasing heat buildup and causing the shutdown?.

2) If a discrete graphics card has been added, the included 220w psu is probably insufficient.
