basically they have divided the GTS 250 into mainly a low-profile version with 680MHz core clock and a core editon with 738MHz core clock.If u hav a good PSU lyk say 500W then choose the one with higher clock rate.

If u choose a 512mb version then go with the GS-250X-YDFV(738MHz)
or if 1gb one then take the GS-250X-ZDFC(738MHz)

or you can just check them yourself by comparing them in here

There's no XFX in Israel, so I have to go ebay, and there and there are only these two types available - YSL4 and YDFU. YSL4 is 680/2000 + Zalman heatsink, YDFU is 738/2200 + COD4. 1280*1024 is more than enough for me, thus I don't need 1GB. Should I choose the latter then(YDFU)? BTW, my MB is Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe + PSU 550W. Now i know this GTS250 GPU is PCI Express 2.0 x16, will it fit in PCI Express 1.0 x16?
