New build first timer

im attempting a new build pc mainly for gaming on a budget i have already a case and 700w psu. im thinking on getting and overclocking
cpu= intel i5 760
mobo= Gigabyte GA-P55-USB3 Intel P55
ram= Mushkin 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-16000 9-11-9-27 Blackline - 996801
ssd= Mushkin Callisto deluxe 40GB 2.5" SATA-II Solid State Hard Drive
gfx card= XFX ATI Radeon HD 5830 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
optical drive= Lite On DVD Writer, IHAS124-19, SATA, Black, OEM
cpu fan= AKASA Venom CPU Cooler
os= windows 7 64bit
would all this be compatiable? and is there anything you would change to make it better?. (a small price increase with components would be ok nothing to major as im on a budget of around £550)
im hoping to overclock to around 3.8ghz maybe 4ghz. and crossfire sli next year
This will be my first build and overclock aswell. any advice i will be grateful of. thanks alot.

You'd benefit allot more buy dropping the SSD and getting a better GPU since this is for gaming.

i suppose your not wanting to CF or SLI in the future because that mobo runs at 16x4x.
so for single card I'd get a radeon 5870.

what vindictive said, but i'd also recommend a 4gb kit of ram with tighter timings. 9-11-9-27 is pretty rough... look for a 8-8-8-24 or better.
