ATI Video Problem. Please help

Hello, I have a problem, I have a ATI 5670 from HIS, and it worked well for 6 months, then after I updated my driver, Flashes started to occur when I used the PC. Firstly on the Monitor, then after setting duplicate from the CCC then on the TV ( I always keep them on duplicate but I used the windows setting not the CCC one) And after I did that, the flashes went away from the monitor and they came back on the TV. and it's like this whenever i open a window or something, IT's annoying .

Simplest thing to do is roll back your driver for your card to when it was fine

I tried now i have 11.2, i installed 10.2 or 10.3 and the thing.
