Best Cheap build for web, e-mail, programming, basic autoCAD and some good gaming :)

The AMD is the clear upgrade winner. But without including upgrading, what one is best?

Honestly, I wouldn't pick either one.

I'd get a true AMD motherboard (770, 785, or 8xx), and that 5770 with the athlon II X2 and THEN we have a potential winner.

I would rather skip the 9500GT for now, get a better CPU + Mobo(785G/ 880G) and later on when I have the money, get a better GPU...
For casual gaming, the onboard might hold on for somtime...
!
