Hello, I was wondering if you could assist me in troubleshooting a potential PSU issue with my computer.

Symptoms: When pressing power button on computer, CPU fan, PSU, and case fans power up normally. However, both of my hard drives, my optical drive, and my video card do not power up, thus no video displays on the monitor.

Does this appear to be a power supply or motherboard issue? I would test my computer with a known good power supply, however, we do not have a compatible one in the house. I created a support ticket with OCZ, but I'm pretty sure my power supply is out of warranty. If my PSU is bad, I will obviously have to purchase a new one.

Thank you for the help!

Motherboard: Gigabyte P35-DS3R
Power supply: OCZ SteathXStream 600watt

Best thing to do is to buy an inexpensive PSU and keep it for just such an occasion. Best part is it doenst have to be refrigerated or anything. I would spend a few bucks and get one. After that, it seems like if you are having power issues with a few separate things it might be your mobo. PSU should be first thing checked though.
