More about should wait price drop
  1. Whats the build going to be used for?

For gaming you'll be better off with a quad, you're missing a GPU also(Unless you have one already).

For number crunching the PSU is major overkill, even a 400W would do fine.

If you're not in a hurry, wait. The HDD overpriced and its probably going to go back to $40 in a couple of days (if you're in a rush to buy, the F3 would be a much better choice: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152181 ); Memory prices are dropping (slowly) also, so you can expect even lower prices in the coming days.

Right now, feel free to buy the case and the 1090T, and hold off the other just a little bit.
  2. its gonna be for a daw....pro-tools, sonar, reason 5, etc... im fine with the onboard video and the barracuda hdd's are best for audio...this 1 is a single platter, thin quiet and less heat
  3. Then no need for a 750W PSU, a CX430 should be plenty.

Just found out that the 7200.12 1TB is $45 on amazon, a pretty nice deal.

(btw. the Samsung is single platter also and has faster read/write speeds. Don't know your reasoning behind why barracudas are better for audio, but that sounds pretty implausible to me.)
  4. maybe the tech curve has changed in the past 2-3 years but cudas were always the choice when building daws

i plan to load the case up so i figured a good psu is a good investment...i dont wana have to buy another 1 in the coming months
