What would the best amd3 budjet board be?

ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 is what I hear, but the AS Rock has more bells & whistles like frontside USB3 connections.

The M4A8** series boards are what I hear are good budget boards, but I've read good things of Gigabyte as well. If you're looking more "enthusiast" then the ASUS Crosshairs are good but don't offer on-board video. I threw in the AS Rock because it's one that has on-board video that I'm considering. I forgot to read your $100 requirement.
