Which Intel CPU?

I have several virtual businesses, both in Second Life. In this type of environment where rendering a heavy load of graphics as fast as possible is important, which model of the i series of the Intel chips would be good choice?

List a budget: seriously. Intel has the widest range of cpus available, from my lowly dual core e3300 celeron ($19.88 at frys with combo purchase) to the core i7 975 for around a grand.
