64-bit upgrade

Hello,my belarc advisor tells me that my PC is 64-bit ready.Does that mean i can put windows 7 ulitimate on my machine?

Having a 64 bit processor isn't a requirement for any version of windows 7. Windows 7 comes in both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. Run the upgrade advisor that nikorr linked to then decide if you need a 32 bit or 64 bit version. If you plan on using more than 4 gig of ram, then you will need 64 bit.
