Msi g41m-p28 on board vga.

on board vga bios setup.
i accidently selected "Internal", and then the screen went blank.
i cannot reset it to "PCI" or whatever it was, since i can't see anything on the blanked screen.
any ideas anyone?

Connect monitor to the VGA port on the motherboard, then reset the BIOS.
