That board is perfectly fine, you should only get it though if you are only going to be using 1 graphics card (for it only has one PCIe 2.0 x16 slot)...
It is a perfectly fine board, go ahead and get it if it has everything you want on it.

People normally get boards that are around $150 to $250 for it has more back I/O ports (USB 3.0, eSATA, and FireWire), more PCIe 2.0 x16 slots (for SLI and CrossFire), and more front panel headers (like USB 3.0).

P.S. Nice choice on MSI btw; MSI, Gigabyte, and ASUS motherboards are the only ones I trust for they make the best in my opinion.
