Will two 460gtxs bottleneck my system

hi could someone please tell me if i buy two 460 gtx cards with 768mb and run them in sli on my intel extreme x9650 running at 3.2 and 4 meg ram on a xfx780i board , operating system windows 7 64bit will the cpu bottleneck the cards ?
currently running 2 8800gtx in sli but am looking at updating but dont want to if there is no performance increase due to bottlenecking

It might do then again it might not, I don't think it will but the cards are so new to the market no one can say for sure until a few people actually try it out.
