This problem started just the other day when I tried to install a second video card. The computer, upon powerup, wouldn't do anything. No beeps, no sounds, no video.
So, after removing the new video card (which is identical to the one I already have - Sapphire Radeon 5770) the same thing, only the fan on the heatsync started to run abnormally fast.
I replaced the Motherboard (an MSI P55-GD65) with an ASUS P7P55D-E LX, figuring that the motherboard was the problem, only to find that it isn't.
I tested the power supply - Corsair CMPSU-650TX - and it is fine.
I also noticed that the lights on the keyboard do not flash at powerup.
All this points to a CPU problem, but I hate to spend more money without being completely sure.
