Getting a bit confused onthe difference in teh intel chip sets... z68 allows oc of cpu and gpu? p67 oc of cpu? h67 oc of gpu? When referreing to oc-ing the gpu, does this apply only to onboard/integrated gpu? I plan to use the i5-2500k and oc it and I also plan to put in an nvidia fermi based card. From a purely oc-ing perspective, am I just as well off to get a p67 board?

Z68 supports the IGP in the CPU therefore the board can overclock both.
P67 does not support the IGP therefor CPU overclock only.
H67 can not overclock CPU does not allow changing multiplier but can GPU (IGP)
A discrete GPU is overclocked by itself independent of motherboard!
Yes on the P67 question if you are not going to be using the added features of the Z68.
