Which RAM is better for Gaming such as Guild Wars 2 etc?

Hi,
I have 4gb of RAM which is: (It's says 3gb, but 1gb is taken up by Windows 7 32bit)

Size 3064 MBytes
Channels # Dual
DRAM Frequency 535.0 MHz
CAS# Latency (CL) 7 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) 7 clocks
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 7 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS) 20 clocks
Command Rate (CR) 1T

Does this mean i have CAS 7-7-7-20? If so, is this good? or will i benefit from buying:

If your board can accept it, 1600MHZ memory is faster than 1067MHZ memory, which is what you have. (535MHZ at DDR ≈1067MHZ.) But as long as you use a 32 bit O.S., you will waste anything above 3.xxGB.

In addition the change in frequency from 1066 MHz. to 1600 MHz. results in only ~1% change in system performance so in games you are unlikely to see any change.
