Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3 is best option out there because these are the latest z68 chipsets which are better than p67 in video editing or conversion and ssd caching which are good to perform application more quickly.

Have you already purchased the items listed - for gaming you will do better with an i5-2500K DDR5-1600 RAM and a much better GPU - GTX570, GTX580 ,HD6970, or some sort of SLI or crossfire setup.

^+1 Get an i5 2500k

A Crucial M4 is a great choice for SSDs

For you MoBo, can you get your hands on an AsRock Extreme3 Gen3?

Where exactly are you purchasing from?
