My PC crashes while playing a game or while watching a movie. It happens randomly. Sometimes, the screen freezes and to reboot is the only way to recover. I have seen BSOD in few of the cases too. Please help me regarding it.

My PC specs:

1. CPU - AMD Athlon 7750 Dual Core 64 Bit
2. Monitor - Samsung SyncMaster 2233
3. Graphics - nVidea 9500 GT
4. Motherboard - ASUS - M2N68-AM PLUS
5. RAM - Transcend, DDR2, 2 x 2GB

Also, after the crash, I need to give my PC a little time (10-15 minutes) before I can reboot. It won't start otherwise.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate (32 Bit). Also, I have installed latest VGA drivers. I have couple of dump files too but I can't find a way to attach them !
