Geforce 9400 gt fan

I want to know Can I install 9400 gt in my Pc. there is one problem I don't have a fan on its IC. where should I buy a new fan in India mumbai. And please give me price

If it never had a fan on it, why do you need one? The 9400's not exactly demanding.
