anyone know where to buy replacement MB for optiplex 620 mini tower?
Can't get past Windows start/boot screen, then recycles to reboot. Install 500 wt PSU cause 305 is dead

where are you located.?
I doubt the 305-watt psu is dead..
also your issue could be HDD related or other related hardware.
finding a motherboard is no problem if wanting to go that route and a possible Dell fitting upgrade for your case as well.
think about what you want to do..
