Switch the PSU to a better known brand like Corsair, Silverstone or Antec.

Why are you getting a dual core I5 when you can get the quad core for like £140?

If you're gaming, the quad core will be much better. It is very OC capable to 4GHz too.

Apart from that everything looks fine.

Maybe use this thermal past instead of the stuff that comes with the Freezer, will shave a few more degrees off your CPU temp: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/thermalright-chill-factor-3-tube-(4g)-thermal-paste-the-paste-that-rules-them-all-just-got-better

Can't edit for some reason so will have to DP.

www.scan.co.uk have more competitive prices than Overclockers UK in a lot of things so always check their site. They do some great bundles too that will save you a bit of money instead of buying all separate.
