Reboot into safe mode and use an antivirus too clean out your system. Press F8 while rebooting...

If that doesn't work - I suggest an OS reinstall - as it sounds like your infected with a virus.

if it shutdowns suddenly after windows load or it happens after windows load and when you try to run somethings it suddenly restart your pc without shutting it down then it must be your power supply is getting weaker.
I also have this kind of problem in past when i try to run game pc just restarts. i change my power supply and everythings working fine now.

Either a high heat problem with cpu(paste) or a psu issue.
