My graphics card fan is too noise?

Hello,
I have an HP Pavilion a6623uk I have noticed that the noise from my pc has increased since Wednesday.
Normally I noticed when my pc boots up the noise is loud but it fades away after sometime but now it stays loud and I removed outer case of pc and examined where the noise is coming from and it is my graphics card fan portion is making the noise.
The fan is extremely loud more than normal
