Is this PSU good and safe?

I'm guessing its fairly new, so I'm not sure. My local Fry's Electronics $39.99 after rebate, it's this power supply.

My New Build (just need a case and PSU):

Athlon II X3 445 @3.1GHz

ASRock M3A770DE

Kingston Hyper-X 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1333 CAS 7 @ 1.65V

Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 7200RPM 16MB

Galaxy GeForce GTX 460 768MB GC

Rosewill All-In-One Media Card Reader

Will this PSU be good for this build?

  1. You can do better; newegg had a 520w antec for $40 the other day; I would use either antec, corsair, seasonic, enermax, or ocz (I use a 400w with 135mm fan; very quiet).
  2. Newegg has the OCZ Fatality 550w on sale right now, the only thing that scares me about that one is quality. I read a few reviews where it craps out only up to 400w and have read some reviews where people say that it fries their motherboard. I just don't want to deal with any technical issues.
  3. Then go with antec; my old 350w is still working great with 20 pin atx connector on 24 pin board.
