More about which cheapest motherboard 2600k
  1. For the vast majority of Gamer's I recommend the following MOBO's for 2-WAY:
    Z68 ASUS P8Z68-V PRO
P67 P8P67 PRO (REV 3.0) or (3.1) whichever is the cheaper

You want at least 12-Phases to the CPU for Sandy Bridge LGA 1155 for the (K) versions and you plan to OC the CPU.

Clearly, the i7-2600 will NOT OC so a 4~8 Phase MOBO is fine, those above are 12-Phase and i.e. cost a little more.
  2. Hi, Please let me know the best board for i7 2600k from the below list:

I would like to go for a cheapest one with overclocking support

    Intel DP67DE - 16x, 8.Ch.S
    Gigabyte P67A-UD4-B3 -16x (2
    Gigabyte P67A-UD7-B3 - 16x (
    ASUS P8P67-M -16x ,8.Ch.S
    ASUS P8P67-M -PRO 16x ,8
    ASUS P8P67 - 16x ,8.Ch.S,L
    ASUS P8P67 PRO -16x ,8.C
    ASUS P8P67 DELUXE -16x ,
    ASUS Sabertooth P67 - 16x

    ASUS Sabertooth P67 - 16x

Cheapest with best OC's support as I posted above originally is the P8P67 PRO (REV 3.1).

    Oh, that will help me.
Can you please let me know whether there are any problems in this mother board?

And, btw, is this the board you are talking about?

  5. The ASUS P8P67 are similar MOBO without SLI nor good Crossfire support (x16/, x16/x4). See -> http://in.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8P67_PRO/#specifications

So I rarely recommend the vanilla ASUS P8P67.

Now keep in mind, if you're NOT going to Game then the cheapest overall is the ASUS P8Z68-V PRO depending on your local prices; no GPU required and the Intel HD 3000 does anything 2D just fine.
  6. If we compare P8P67 Asus mobo with sabertooth p67, which one is best and why?
  7. Using an i7-2600K neither and as stated 12-Phase minimum.

If I had to choose then the ASUS SABERTOOTH P67 only because of CF/SLI support, but I'd never buy one...
