I have an old pc with the following specs -
AMD Sempron 2400+ 1.67 Ghz 32bit
512 MB DDR
Asus A7V400-MX motherboard
5200FX graphics card 128 MB

The problem is that this system just cant play HD videos properly. Not even 720p videos from you tube. I found in ebay (I am from India) that a 6200LE AGP card is up for sale.

Will this card be enough for the configuration to play 1080p videos smoothly? I also found another card -

But I felt the Ati card might be overkill for my system. Please advise.

Solution
If you can find an ATI 2400 in AGP flavor you would get a card that can do it so can the HD3650. I am not so sure about the capabilities of the 6200LE.
