ASUS P8Z68-V PRO

Hey quick question here, is the ASUS P8Z68-V PRO a good board? Im building a gaming rig and think I want to get.

Here's the build

Corsair Carbide Series 500R White Steel
Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge
EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1gb
CORSAIR Gaming Series 600W
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB
ASUS P8Z68-V PRO

Is that a solid build all together? Also is the GPU better or worse than the ASUS one?

It's a good board, I use the non pro version and haven't had any real issues with it at all.
