PowerColor 5850 graphical issues.

Alright so here's the problem.

After playing Starcraft 2 for a while, my screen goes weird and red pixels start appearing everywhere, on the load screen, login screen, EVERYWHERE!

At first I thought it was the game. So I tried reinstalling - didn't work.

I also applied the framerate fix for the game itself.

After searching the Internet, what I did was to reinstall the latest ATI 5850 drivers. Which helped the first time. However this time the problem just wouldn't go away.

AND! The same thing is happening on my desktop and browser. Basically red pixels on black backgrounds.

Attached is a screenshot of the said issue. But I'm not sure if you guys can view it as it may be a problem on my side.

As you can see (if you can see) there are red pixels located in the middle of the screen in a wavy pattern.

Can anyone come up with a fix for me?

Is it an issue with my card or an issue with my software?

Please tell me that my card is not fried! :(

I see no red pixles..

It might be your screen.

Okay I fixed it by using driver sweeper in safe mode after doing an uninstall of the ATI drivers.

Could it be that Starcraft 2 is making my GPU overheat? Because this always happens after I play the game for a long period of time. And the weather here is of no help.
