Port forwarding for remote desktop in a office situation

Hello, As an administrator
I would like to know how to set up a remote desktop, with port forwarding, for a entire office say 20-50 computers, would they all need a static ip? what ports do i use do i go up from 3389,3390,3391 etc how would one set up an office so it can be administered remotley

You could use a vpn solution then just connect by computer name with Remote Desktop or some other software like vnc.

You COULD do it like you're suggesting by translating an external port to each machine on 3389.... however you're way better off following Sturm's advice and implementing a VPN solution.
