Thom Hogan's Complete Guide to the Nikon D70
is great but it's only available as an ebook on CD rom.

I would recommend Thom Hogan's "Complete Guide to the Nikon D70"
You can find out more here http://www.bythom.com/d70guide.htm
I've got this ebook and find it more detailed and user friendly than the
manual.
The only downside is that it's only available as an ebook and I think I
would have preffered a paper version!

Lantern Guides D70 available from Barnes and Noble was a big help.

Be sure to read the review on the Lantern Guide for the D70 on Barnes and
Noble.
Looks like the (only one at this time) purchaser/reviewer wasn't very
impressed...
maybe if you could thumb through a copy so you can decide if it is a
worthwhile book
first...
