Problem with new build

Everything installed, power up, fans spin...... and... nothing...

Doesn't detect any HDDs, optical. I unplug everything not essential to startup leaving CPU, power, RAM... exact same thing. No beeps, monitor is blank.

Checked the CPU, reapplied paste, everything seems tight.

Can't get anything.

Going crazy here.

You plug both the mobo powers in? 24 and... I think 8 pin?
