I have decided to build a budget gaming rig.
I am gona use my old monitor,case,keyboard,mouse and a 450w PSU

The pc would be used mainy for gaming,music and videos.
I want to play games like GTA 4,NFS Shift,COD,Assassins Creed etc on high.I am ready to compromise on resolution but not less than 1024XX.. Plz give ur valuable suggestions

CPU-Intel Core i5 750 or Core i3 540

Mobo-ASUS P7H55-M

RAM-2GB DDR3 1333Mhz

GPU-ATI Radeon HD 5770 512mb

I am on a very tight budget(I live in Delhi,India)

I would go with the i5 and 4gb of ram if you can afford it. What is your budget? Everything else looks good to me..although you didn't add a HDD in there.

I have decided 200GB HDD PLZ suggest a cheap n fine model..
I have heard that very few games use more dan 2GB of RAM is that correct..
But the i3 is clocked higher..

The i3 may be clocked higher (per core), but the i5 750 has 4 cores, which is better for gaming and is giving you more processing power, as opposed to the 2 cores that the i3 has. As for the HDD, take a look at the seagate barracuda 7200.12, it's a good drive for a reasonable price.

It really comes down to what you can afford.

People here say that AMD's are not gud proccessors..
Is it so??
Coz i was thinking to swap an Atlon II X4 645 Then I would be able to incre ram and gpu memory..
Plz help..t
