Hello,
What is intel sandy bridge? What makes it different from 1366 socket processor? Why is it better? I tried wikipedia but its too technical to me. Can someone enlighten me? Thank alot for your help

How technical do you want it?

Sandy Bridge (SB) is a new core from Intel. A core is the "guts" that make up the CPU. As the new core its faster then anything they've done before. Its on a different socket then any other CPU that Intel has done before as well.
