Need some help upgrading

Hey peeps realy need some help i already own a hp with some pretty good hardware which includes 5g of ram amd phenome x4 and all the fixings when i bought it i thought the vid card was good but it absolutely blows its a nvidia not saying there bad just mine sucks. Realy need to know if yall can tell me some parts to get want to transfer to a new case would also like to switch to ati dont know if this means i need a new motherboard or not, but if it does i will greatly consider sticking with nvidia if it means i dont have to buy a new MB. I mainly play wow and would like to have awesome fps while playing. also dont know if that also means i would need a new powersupply. budget is between 400-500 would gladly go lower and possibly higher if it meant good hardware. plz list the part i would need if i went with nvidia or if i went with ati

Need some more info on your HP. (what model is it?)

Please post full current specs in a readable form,
not a wall of text as people tend to ignore posts like that
Download Cpu-z or hardware monitor and tell us your current:
Motherboard/processor,
Ram,
Graphics card,
Power supply,
and fill this in as well, give us a better idea of what you want,
