Windows wont load

Ok so i just finished my build. I used a the hard drive from my old dell computer that already had windows 7 on it. When i turn on the computer the mobo screens comes up, then a black screen with a cursor, and then it is the windows error screen giving me the option to start windows normally or diagnose problems. When i press start normally windows begins to start but in about 2 seconds it stops a blue screen with writing flashes and the whole process starts over. When i Press diagnoses it tries but doesnt work. PLEASE HELP ME i am very nervous and scared Thanks

An OS installed on a motherboard won't work on other motherboard, you have to reinstall it.

will i work with the dell windows 7 reinsatllation or is the dell verson incompatible

Check with Microsoft maybe they will give you a new serial.
