Asterope mother board install graphics card

Hello,
I just bought PhotoShop Elements 9 and PhotoShop Essentials 3. PSE says the reason I can't open images in some elements is because I don't have GLU 2.0 I downloaded a new driver for the ATI Radeon 200, but GLU stayed the same. Graphics card the only answer?

Yup, I guess so, since that's a hardware limitation of your present Video chip, you need a card that supports higher than the requirements for PSE.

Thanks, I finally figured that out. Ordered a EVGA nVidia GeForce 7200GS 512 MB VGA/DVI and hope that will work until I can get another computer. Once I get it installed I will write in and let you know how it works. Things are a little flaky now on the PSE Premier movie editor, too.
